NOTICE:  Effective May 31, 2005, every applicant for a hazmat endorsement (new, renewal, change-of-state-record) will be required to have a security threat assessment prior to the issuance of said endorsement.  This is s federal requirement.  The State of Michigan  has no discretion.

   If you are need of a background check for Employment or Adoption Reasons, or to obtain your background check to qualify for your concealed weapon permit, we are available by Appointment and on a Walk-In basis Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00PM with exceptions of certain Holidays.  Appointments are encouraged.  No Ink Cards are processed at this site, only electronic.

Pricing varies, per industry.  If you choose to come into our facility without an appointment, please have completed testing form and payment for services.  A valid, State of Michigan driver license and/or ID Card is required to complete your background.  Checks, Money Orders, or valid verifiable billing account are valid forms of payment at the enrollment center, credit and/or debit cards cannot be accepted.
